Wash

Hand wash cold with a mild detergent. Squeeze gently, never wring or tumble. Spot-clean small marks with a damp cloth when you can.

Dry & reshape

Reshape while damp: ease the base flat, set the handles, and dry flat away from direct sun and radiators. Patience keeps the stitch honest.

Everyday wear

Recycled cotton softens with use. A little fuzz or stretch is the material talking, not a fault. Store empty and upright when you can; avoid hanging a full bag by one handle for long stretches.
